Japan's homeless paid low wages in Fukushima nuclear clean-up

Almost three years after the multiple meltdown at the Fukushima nuclear plant, the massive clean-up is still way behind schedule. The sheer scale of the work is of course daunting, but according to an investigation by the Reuters agency, contractors are hiring homeless men to work in the clean-up, short-changing them on wages and regulatory oversight is scant. Mari Saito, is the lead author of the report and has been speaking to BBC's Newsday programme
